Protecting your data is fundamental to how we build Dacy. This page summarises the technical and organisational measures we use. It complements our Privacy Policy.
Encryption
All traffic to Dacy is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS). Data at rest in our managed database is encrypted by our infrastructure provider.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Dacy never stores full card numbers on its own servers.
Access controls
Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a least-privilege basis. Within your account, role-based permissions (owner, manager, staff) limit who can see and do what.
Hosting & resilience
Our application and database run on reputable managed cloud infrastructure with automated backups, so your operational data is protected against loss.
